ReddiNet Technical Support is available 24/7, every day of the year. We strive to answer your calls quickly and resolve your service issues promptly. We also send a monthly recap of your service calls so you can see what problems were reported, and identify potential issues with training, shifts or your facility. We value the input we receive from our customers, especially ideas and suggestions for enhancements, customizations and improvements. We recognize that different counties have different requirements, and we readily customize our modules to meet those needs. When developing or testing new features for ReddiNet, we involve our customers during the process to be sure the final product fulfills their requirements and meets their expectations.
Through frequent interaction with our customers, we are able to actively participate in finding solutions to the challenges facing them. As an example, we’ve been working closely with our EMS partners to address the issues of Wall Time and 5150 patient tracking in Emergency Rooms.
ReddiNet offers a number of training options for both new and existing users. For new users and facilities we offer on-site or webinar training that covers all the basics of using ReddiNet. We also offer refresher webinars in advance of big drills and exercises, including the annual California statewide drill held every November. For self-training, ReddiNet Help and Support provides downloadable training materials and the Learning Lab, a series of interactive online training videos.
ReddiNet actively participates in conferences, seminars and training exercises throughout the year, including the EMSAAC Conferences and regional meetings.
